2. Service Description
HomeBestMassage provides professional home massage and spa services across Delhi NCR, including but not limited to:
- Full Body Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Reflexology
Our services are provided by certified and trained massage therapists who visit your location (home, office, or hotel) to deliver professional massage services.
3. Booking and Appointment
3.1 Booking Process
To book a massage service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information including name, contact details, and service address
- Select your preferred service type, date, and time
- Provide a valid address within our service area
- Be at least 18 years of age
3.2 Confirmation
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via phone call, SMS, or email. The booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team.
3.3 Service Availability
We offer 24X7 services; however, availability is subject to therapist schedules and service area coverage. We reserve the right to refuse service in areas outside our coverage zone.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. The prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on location, service type, and duration.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Online payment (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking)
- Digital wallets
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service delivery unless otherwise agreed. For advance bookings, a deposit may be required.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
- 24 hours or more before appointment: Full refund or rescheduling available
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% cancellation charge applies
- Less than 2 hours before appointment or no-show: No refund, full charge applies
5.2 Cancellation by HomeBestMassage
In the event we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience
- Provide compensation if applicable
5.3 Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.
6. Service Requirements and Responsibilities
6.1 Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing a safe, clean, and private environment for the massage service
- Ensuring adequate space and necessary facilities (bed, clean sheets, towels)
- Being present at the scheduled time and location
- Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements
- Treating our therapists with respect and professionalism
6.2 Health and Medical Conditions
You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before the service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be harmful to your health or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6.3 Age Restrictions
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and above. Services for minors require parental consent and presence.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a strict code of conduct. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of service and may lead to legal action. Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
8. Limitation of Liability
HomeBestMassage shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Injuries resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions
- Issues arising from unsuitable service environment provided by the customer
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the HomeBestMassage website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HomeBestMassage and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Privacy

11. Modifications to Terms
